As the lead designer behind the integration of Mangomint and Repticity, I focused on creating a seamless bridge between these two powerful platforms, enhancing efficiency and elevating the user experience in the Spa & Salon industry. Our goal was to harness Mangomint's robust scheduling and payment processing capabilities alongside Repticity's advanced visitor management tools, ultimately providing a holistic and streamlined operational workflow.

**Integration Highlights:**

1. **Automated Check-In Process:** Upon integration, we ensured that clients could check in through Repticity upon arrival at a spa or salon, which automatically updates their appointment status in Mangomint. This eliminates the need for manual check-ins, reducing wait times and improving the client experience.

2. **Enhanced Client Management:** The integration allows for the seamless transfer of client data between Mangomint and Repticity. When a client books an appointment through Mangomint, their information is automatically populated in Repticity's visitor management system.
